The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a warehouse‑style associate to sort donated items, price and prepare them for display, and assist customers with donations and purchases. Compensation: $11.00/hour, plus benefits
Receives, sorts, prices, and prepares donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the storage and sorting area. Assists customers in donating, locating and/or selecting store items; stocks and arranges store items in a neat and orderly manner; monitors the store displays and performs various cleaning activities to ensure the store is properly maintained.
Ability to sort items in accordance with established categories.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment where there are physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
