Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sorting operations across shifts to meet production goals.
• Provide direction, training, and ongoing support to sorting team members.
• Coach new employees and help develop existing staff for improved performance.
• Ensure quality standards through regular inspections and guidance.
• Monitor output, address defects, and collaborate with QC/Engineering on corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Promote 5S and safety policies to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
