Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is seeking a full-time Team Member to support daily store operations. The role emphasizes understanding apparel categories, quality checks, and accurate pricing and tagging to maintain store standards.

This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, along with a commitment to customer service and merchandise presentation within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a general knowledge of apparel categories and sizing.
• Determine quality and value of items to be sold in the store.
• Provide quality assurance by checking items for imperfections.
• Price, size, and tag apparel and linens according to type.
• Hang salable goods on racks.
