Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sorter/Hanger to support the Apparel team in Bradenton, FL. You will learn apparel categories, assess item quality, and price and tag products for display.

The role involves hanging saleable items and maintaining quality standards to drive store performance. The position requires availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for training and development; benefits include health coverage and retirement plan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Gain general knowledge of apparel categories and sizing.
• Determine quality and value of items to be sold in the store.
• Provide QA by checking items for imperfections.
• Price, size, and tag apparel and linens according to type.
• Hang salable goods on racks.

THE POSITION:

As a member of our Apparel team, you will:

• Obtain a general knowledge of apparel categories and sizing
• Determine quality and value of items to be sold in the store
• Provide quality assurance by checking items for imperfections
• Price, size, and tag apparel and linens according to type
• Hang salable goods on racks
