Job summary

Qualigence International in Walton Hills, OH is seeking an entry-level Sorter/Grinder to join our manufacturing team. This Full-Time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. No prior experience is required; we provide training and a safety-focused environment.

You will sort plastics, operate grinding equipment, help maintain organized production and storage areas, and assist with related tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Tow motor driving experience.
• Comfort using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Forklift certification and basic computer skills a plus.

Sorter/Grinder – Entry Level

In this entry-level role, you'll sort and process plastic materials, operate grinding equipment, and help keep our production and storage areas organized and running smoothly. No experience? We're happy to train the right person!

What You'll Do
