Job summary

Qualigence International in Walton Hills, OH is seeking an entry-level Sorter/Grinder to join our manufacturing team. This Full-Time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. No prior experience is required; we provide training and a safety-focused environment.

You will sort plastics, operate grinding equipment, help maintain organized production and storage areas, and assist with related tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Tow motor driving experience.
• Comfort using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Forklift certification and basic computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize various types of plastics.
• Operate equipment in the grinding room.
• Perform basic storage and organizing tasks.
• Package and label materials.
• Assist with production as needed.
• Manage return plastics for recycling.
• Perform general shop cleaning and organizing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
