Sorenson Communications (VRS) performs ASL interpreting services regulated by the Federal Communications Commission. The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting interpreting areas, which could include up to 50+ Interpreters.
Qualified individuals will perform lead duties and ASL interpreting services in support of our Directors and Leadership Team. This position is full-time with expectations for a minimum of 60% interpreting time based on business needs.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Less than 25% travel required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years interpreting experience required.
