Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are essential.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meets with sophomore cohorts regularly to track performance and provide guidance.
  • Tracks academic progress and supports student success initiatives.
  • Designs and implements programs to assist in transitioning from freshman to sophomore status.
  • Coordinates workshops and events for second-year student success and career exploration.
  • Helps students develop strategies to improve academic performance and plan their schedules.
  • Advises and enrolls second-year students; refers to Career Pathways Center as needed.
  • Monitors campus engagement and use of student support resources; analyzes outcomes using data systems.
