Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in cardiovascular sonography with leadership preferred.
  • Current registry, license, or certification in a cardiovascular specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Cardiovascular Sonography program.
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure the curriculum remains current and compliant.
  • Supervise and support instructors while reviewing lesson plans.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of instructional staff
  • Monitor program performance, including completion rates and job placement outcomes
  • Engage directly with students through advising, orientation, and admissions support
  • Organize and lead program advisory board meetings to maintain industry alignment
  • Review feedback from students, graduates, and employers to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with academic planning, scheduling, and program development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with campus leadership, including the Director of Education and registrar
