Role Overview:

The Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound imaging to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions in adult and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring proper function and readiness of ultrasound equipment.
• Performing ultrasound examinations and documenting procedures accurately.
• Conducting studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and at different sites as needed.
• Assisting with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages, and performing vascular imaging if required.
