Role Overview

The Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular studies, to assist in diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure equipment readiness, independently conduct ultrasound exams, document procedures accurately, and perform on-call, portable, or site-specific studies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires an associate or trade school education, RDMS or equivalent certification, and a minimum of no experience; preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience, RDCS or equivalent, and CPR certification.

Assist with needle procedures like biopsies and drainages, and ensure proper equipment function.
