Job summary

Medical Associates Clinic is offering a commencement bonus and tuition assistance to students graduating in 2026 or 2027 as they join our team of sonographers after completion of their program. You must be enrolled in an accredited sonography program in Iowa and maintain good standing to qualify.

The program includes a $10,000 bonus paid via a $1,000 monthly stipend until employment begins, plus the remaining balance as a sign-on bonus on hire, with ARDMS certification due within 6 months.

Medical Associates Clinic is excited to offer Commencement (Sign-On/Tuition Stipend) Bonus to Sonography students graduating in 2026 or 2027!

We are looking to assist talented individuals with tuition expenses, along with the ability to join our team of highly skilled sonographers upon completion of your sonography program!

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in the General/Diagnostic Sonography program at University of Iowa, The School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Allen College, Mercy College, Blackhawk Technical College or Eastern Iowa Community College
• In good standing with attendance, coursework, and overall performance

What the commencement bonus includes:

• $10,000bonus for current Sonography students at U of I, EICC, Blackhawk Technical College, Allen College, Mercy College and/or The School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with a graduation of 2026 or 2027. Commencement bonus shall be payable as: monthly educational assistance stipend of $1,000 each month until employment begins. The remaining balance of $10,000 will be paid as a sign-on bonus upon hire on first regular payroll.
• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification due within 6 months of program completion.
• Full-time job guaranteed (36 hours per week) with excellent pay and benefits package at Medical Associates upon successful completion of the program.

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
