Job summary

TridentCare in Pensacola, FL is hiring a full-time mobile ultrasound technologist to provide ultrasound services at patients' homes and other sites within the designated service area. You will drive a company vehicle, perform quality scans, and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation.

Requirements include registry in Echo and Vascular, valid driver’s license, and compliance with TB screenings and vaccinations. Competitive wages and robust benefits are provided to full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile ultrasound services to the client base.

• Perform quality ultrasound studies and transmit to radiologists for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and schedule; assist other services as needed.
• Submit accurate timesheets and participate in team activities.

Full-time Position . Are you registered? Do you want to put your experience and education to work making a difference in the lives of others? Join the nation’s leading provider of diagnostic mobile imaging services! Our sonographers provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. Our ultrasound techs are provided with all needed resources, including vehicle and gas card, portable ultrasound machine and equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc.

Hours- Evening and Weekend shifts

ROLE:Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other duties, as needed:
• Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Train other technologists
• Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic ability to use mobile device and apps
• Flexibility to adjust to changes and process improvements
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills, both written and oral
• Good driving skills

Requirements:
