Job summary

TridentCare in Huntsville, AL is hiring a full-time ultrasound technologist to provide mobile imaging to patients at home and in the field. You will perform ultrasound exams, ensure equipment readiness, and coordinate with radiologists.

Requirements include vascular/general registry (echo a plus), valid driver’s license, TB/medicals screenings and vaccinations. We offer competitive benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, and on-demand wages.

• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base.
• Interact with patients compassionately while driving to each patient.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Assist in other service areas as needed.
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, per protocol.
• Attend meetings and participate in trainings as needed.
• Train other technologists.
• Handle special projects or other duties as assigned.

Join the nation’s leading provider of diagnostic mobile imaging services! Our sonographers provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. Our ultrasound techs are provided with all needed resources, including vehicle and gas card, portable ultrasound machine and equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc.

ROLE:Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other duties, as needed:
• Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Train other technologists
• Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned
