Job summary

Prestige Staffing, a healthcare staffing partner, seeks a qualified ultrasound technologist trained in Maternal Fetal Medicine to join our client in Georgia.

The ideal candidate has an accredited ultrasound program credential, at least one year of MFM experience, and can perform Level I/II OB/GYN exams, 3-D/4-D imaging, first-trimester and Doppler studies, amniocentesis support, with indirect supervision while maintaining patient safety and high-quality imaging in a busy obstetric department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound technology.
• Minimum of one year ofMaternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound experience.
• Must be able to work under indirect supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform Maternal Fetal High-Risk OB/GYN Level I & II and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations (transabdominal and transvaginal).
• Perform 3-D & 4-D ultrasound imaging (according to training).
• Performs 1st Trimester Screens/Sequential Screens (NT/Biochemical) testing, amniocentesis, detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echoes and all Doppler exams as needed.
• Must be able to work under indirect supervision.

Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound technology with one-year minimum experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand; use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
