Job summary

Kindbody is a leading fertility clinic network delivering comprehensive reproductive care across the U.S. This Rogers, AR-based, full-time Sonographer role requires ARDMS in OB/GYN, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of experience in women’s health or fertility settings.

You will perform ultrasound examinations, summarize findings for physicians, and collaborate with departments to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• ARDMS in OB/GYN required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Diploma or certificate from an accredited medical sonography program.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role; women’s health experience preferred.
• Willing to learn ultrasound guidance for surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment.
• Provide sonogram and oral or written summary of technical findings to physician for use in medical diagnosis.
• Act to ensure the continuity of care through effective interactions with other departments.
• Monitor supply stock to ensure an adequate reserve.
• Perform preventative maintenance on ultrasound and medical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and promptly report deficiencies to management.
• Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures associated with safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and company operations.

About the Role

As an experienced Sonographer, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time position and is based out of our Rogers clinic.

Who You Are

• ARDMS in OB/GYN required
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification.
• Diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited medical sonography program.
• At least one to two years of experience in a relevant role; experience in women's health is required; experience in fertility is strongly preferred.
• Two to three years of undergraduate education or equivalent.
  Must be willing to learn ultrasound guidance for surgical procedures.
