Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers a day-shift schedule (Mon-Fri) with a starting pay of $40/hr based on experience.

You will work across diverse facilities, performing and processing ultrasounds and transporting portable equipment to sites as ordered by physicians. Requirements include completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program and ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT certification with Echo registry.

Qualifications

• Completion of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT certification.
• Registry required: Echo.
• TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process ultrasounds, sending them digitally to radiologists for interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment at various facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent sonography images.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing each day per protocol.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold professional communication with peers, leadership, and clients.
• Ensure the maintenance of your vehicle and sonography equipment.
• Keep the required state licenses, certifications, health requirements, and operational standards up to date.
