Manager Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and schedule hourly team members, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
• Communicate with the General Manager about company objectives
• Promote and embrace department strategies established by the Area Director
• Ensure our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced by all team members
• Foster a culture of improvement, mentorship, and success
• Create a fun, engaging atmosphere by addressing staff and guest needs daily
• Respond to immediate store needs
• Ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
• Ability to complete required training or certifications timely
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for groups of all sizes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Flexible schedule to cover shifts on busy days or events
• Understanding and adherence to iServ policies and procedures
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds with a team

Job Expectations

• Stand for long periods, handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• Work in kitchen conditions including wet, humid, hot, or cold environments
• Potential exposure to smoke from wood-burning cookers
