Manager Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, develop, and schedule hourly team members, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
  • Communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
  • Promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
  • Ensure our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced by all team members
  • Foster a culture of improvement, mentorship, and success
  • Create a fun, engaging atmosphere by addressing staff and guest needs daily
  • Respond to immediate store needs
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of Restaurant Management experience
  • Ability to complete required training or certifications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for groups and individuals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability
  • Flexible schedule, able to cover shifts during busy periods or events
  • Understanding and adherence to iServ policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with a team, with specific weight handling as outlined
Job Expectations
  • Stand for extended periods, handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
  • Work in conditions such as wet, humid, hot, or cold environments; handle cleaning chemicals
  • Potential exposure to smoke from a wood-burning cooker
  • Lift and move weights as specified with team assistance
