Manager Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and schedule hourly team members, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
• Communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
• Promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
• Ensure that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced by all team members
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, development, and mentorship
• Create a fun, engaging atmosphere by addressing staff and guest needs daily
• Respond to immediate store needs
• Ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience
• Ability to complete required training or certifications within a reasonable timeframe
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for groups and individuals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Flexible schedule to cover shifts during busy periods and events
• Understanding and adherence to iServ policies and procedures
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds with a team
