Job summary

KBP Drive-In is hiring a Team Member in Bristol, TN. You’ll support daily restaurant operations, greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks and snacks, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy setting.

No prior experience required; training is provided. You’ll need flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be at least 15 years old. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth within KBP Brands.

• No experience required, but prior customer service or fast-food exposure is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least fifteen (15) years old and able to lift/move items and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
• Assist in food preparation and keep the dining and service areas clean.

What you bring to the team:

• No experience required - but it’s a cherry on the sundae if you have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, food handling, safety, or fast-food.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least fifteen (15) years old.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
