Sonic Drive-In in Newport News, VA is seeking a 3rd shift Shift Manager who can lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth operations while delivering the Sonic guest experience.

You will train and coach team members, manage shifts, and uphold standards for service, quality, and safety in a franchised KBP Brands restaurant with opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth guest experience and uphold Sonic standards.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
