Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Orangeburg, SC. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and support team development.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage shift operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Support opening/closing duties and help train new team members.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
