Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced crew, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver the Sonic experience guests expect.

As a key leader, you’ll coach team members, manage shift execution, and support growth into higher‑level roles within KBP Brands. This role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, 18+ years old, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk for entire shifts.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
