Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Brady, Kentucky is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love every day.

You will supervise team members, ensure fast, friendly service, manage shift activities, and support training. The role offers growth toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the Sonic experience and maintain smooth shift operations.
• Oversee guest service, food prep, and handling of orders during your shift.
• Support training and development of team members.
