A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead and support a team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and customer concerns.
• Oversee financial tasks like cash management and expense control.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand maintenance.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a QSR environment.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
