A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead and manage a team, supporting RGM with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, food safety protocols, and customer concerns.
• Oversee financial aspects, including cash management and expense control.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand image maintenance.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a QSR environment.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Info:

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, ranging from $14.00 to $22.00 per hour. Details will be discussed during hiring.
