Job summary

SD Fusion LLC operates a Sonic Drive-In in La Vista, NE. We are seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team and help lead daily operations and guest experiences.

You will work with the General Manager to coach crew, enforce food safety standards, manage scheduling, inventory, and costs, and step in as acting GM when needed to ensure smooth service. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and labor management to optimize team performance.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence.

• Solid communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment


• Basic understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management


• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
