You do more than complete a checklist-you make people feel safe, seen, and supported.
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers in Blackstone, MA and nearby communities. If you are looking for stable hours, familiar clients, meaningful relationships, and a workplace that values the care you give, this could be the role for you.
Whether you are an experienced HHA/CNA, a personal care aide, homemaker, or someone with a genuine heart for helping seniors, we want to hear from you.
Competitive pay: Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities.
Steady local work: Serve seniors in Blackstone and surrounding towns, with less time spent driving and more time doing meaningful work.
Full-time and part-time options: Find a schedule that fits your life while providing dependable care to clients.
Consistent client relationships: Get to know the seniors you support-their routines, favorite meals, life stories, and what helps them have a better day.
Mileage reimbursement: Receive reimbursement for travel between client visits.
Benefits for eligible team members: Health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match.
Paid training and refreshers: Build your skills, stay confident, and grow your caregiving career.
A family-owned agency: Work with a team that recognizes your effort and appreciates caregivers who go above and beyond.
You will be a familiar, steady presence in a client's home-not just another person assigned to a shift. Your support may include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs.
Preparing simple meals and helping clients follow their daily routines.
Performing light housekeeping to keep living spaces comfortable and safe.
Providing medication reminders and helping with occasional errands.
Supporting safe mobility and helping reduce fall risks at home.
Offering companionship, conversation, reassurance, and encouragement.
Paying attention to changes in a client's wellbeing and communicating concerns promptly.
A great caregiver notices the little things: a client who seems quieter than usual, a favorite song that lifts their mood, or the way a familiar routine can make a difficult day feel manageable.
Are compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
Want to make a difference in seniors' lives every day.
Take pride in arriving on time, following through, and building trust.
Communicate clearly and follow individualized care plans and safety practices.
Have reliable transportation and can travel to Blackstone-area client homes.
Are an HHA, CNA, personal care aide, homemaker, or willing to receive paid training.
Families remember caregivers who bring more than help-they remember the person who listens, shows up, notices, encourages, and treats their loved one with dignity.
Become more than a name on a timesheet. Become someone's trusted caregiver.
