Soma's Atlantic Station store in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, coach the team, and drive exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor. You will uphold brand standards and model our hospitality culture while guiding daily performance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, product knowledge sharing, scheduling support, inventory management, and cross-channel selling. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor.
