Job summary

Clean Harbors Chicago, IL is seeking Solvent Process Operators for the Night shift (7pm-7am) with a 3/2 split schedule. Entry level position with no travel, company-provided training, and growth opportunities.

Pay is $24 per hour plus $1.75 shift differential, with full benefits and 401K eligibility. Responsibilities include distillation, filtration and blending operations, safety compliance, daily checklists, and paperwork submission for waste tracking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required).
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Health and safety is the top priority by following safe work practices.
• Learn and perform distillation, filtration and blending tasks as directed.
• Offloads inbound tankers and samples to the laboratory.
• Complete daily checklists for proper operation of Distillation units.
• Maintain logs, run sheets, and a clean work environment.
