Solutions Specialist (Loan Originations)

At LAUNCHER.SOLUTIONS, we build innovative loan origination and servicing solutions that empower subprime and near-prime automotive lenders, regional banks, and credit unions to operate more efficiently and serve their customers better. Our flagship products include:

  • appTRAKER LOS – loan origination for automotive and consumer direct lending.
  • myLOAN – customer self-service and communication platform.

We are a remote-first, fast-growing company with a passionate team that believes technology can make lending smarter and more accessible.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Specialist who loves solving problems, collaborating with clients, and making a meaningful impact. You will play a pivotal role in the full customer journey — from pre-sales to implementation to ongoing support — ensuring clients get the most out of our products.

This is not your typical support role. You will combine business acumen, project management, and technical skills to drive client success and help shape the evolution of our products.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first line of contact for potential and existing clients, providing product guidance and support.
  • Conduct engaging product demos (virtual or in-person) to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend solutions that fit.
  • Manage the full product implementation process, including requirements gathering, project management, training (onsite and remote), and vendor coordination.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming their go-to product expert.
  • Collaborate with our development team to enhance the product — test new features, document requirements, and provide customer feedback.
  • Help resolve customer issues and manage change requests effectively.
  • Keep your manager and team updated with regular reporting and insights.

What You Bring

  • Lending industry experience, preferably with exposure to loan origination workflows (e.g., underwriting, verification, or similar roles).
  • Familiarity with fintech concepts, SaaS platforms, and Web APIs.
  • Confidence in translating business problems into technical solutions.
  • Top-notch communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging everyone from end-users to C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for customer service and creating "wow" moments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
