Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Denver is seeking a Solutions Service Specialist to travel the Denver territory, support MSC inventory programs, and optimize customer stock levels. You will handle receiving, stocking, and organizing products at client sites while maintaining accurate min/max quantities and providing proactive service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Customer service or inventory management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic tech skills: email, mobile devices, Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel the Denver territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

Pay: $22.00/hr + Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)

What's the Job?

• Travel between customer locations throughout the Denver territory to support MSC inventory programs.

• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, and organize products at customer sites.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure appropriate min/max stock quantities are available.

• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), vending, and inventory management solutions.

• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and provide exceptional customer service.

• Communicate regularly with sales representatives and other Solutions Specialists.

• Identify opportunities for inventory growth and additional customer solutions.

What's Needed?

• Customer service, inventory management, warehouse, stocking, merchandising, manufacturing, logistics, route service, or related experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Basic technology skills including email, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the Denver territory.

• Metalworking or manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, stocking, and inventory replenishment.

• Steel-toe boots required.
