Join the Solutions Engineering team at NetApp! As a NetApp Solutions Engineer (SE), you will leverage your technical expertise and our data infrastructure portfolio to address customer needs and deliver successful outcomes. This role focuses on US Public Sector - Federal accounts, working within a dedicated team to expand our presence in existing client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client executives to develop strategies for customer opportunities related to intelligent data infrastructure solutions.
  • Advise on engaging and utilizing a broader range of NetApp technical resources.
  • Provide technical expertise on NetApp's products, including designing architectures and configuring systems.
  • Engage in solution selling by understanding customer needs (on-premise, hybrid, or cloud) and designing appropriate solutions.
  • Attend conferences and meet with customers, partners, and account teams in person and virtually.

Location must be in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area

You:
  • Understand customer challenges and craft technology solutions.
  • Communicate effectively to articulate NetApp's benefits through presentations, demos, and discussions.
  • Create solution designs that may combine NetApp products with those of technology partners.
  • Assist customers in testing and proving solutions in their environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels, articulating the value of NetApp solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience in architecting or operating infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of AI, DevSecOps, or IT orchestration.
  • Experience with on-premises or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Understanding of Cloud Service Providers and leveraging them for business outcomes.
Education and Experience
  • Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • US Citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.
Compensation

The target salary range is $193,800 - $250,800 USD, based on location, qualifications, and experience. The compensation package includes benefits such as health and life insurance, retirement plans, PTO, employee stock plans, and more, varying by region.
