About your new role:

As a Solutions Engineer at Command|Link, you will be a key member of a dynamic team focused on transforming network security and optimization for mid-market and enterprise clients. Your main responsibilities include designing and deploying advanced security solutions tailored to client needs, simplifying complex concepts, and leading technical discovery sessions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a technical solutions overlay, building relationships with Channel Sales Executives, partners, and clients.
2. Act as the trusted technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, managing solution design and positioning of security services.
3. Utilize your expertise in Fortinet, Versa Networks, and Cato Networks to develop scalable network solutions.
4. Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify client pain points and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to refine offerings and stay market-relevant.
6. Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including documentation for implementation.
7. Manage your sales funnel proactively with Channel Directors.
8. Deliver demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions' value.
9. Lead webinars, workshops, and training sessions on SD-WAN, SASE, and security services.

What you'll need for success:

1. Proven expertise in security services: Hands-on experience with Versa and Fortinet, plus knowledge of SASE, SSE, and security.
2. Strong technical sales skills: Ability to guide clients through discovery to implementation.
3. Networking knowledge: Deep understanding of network security, routing, firewalls, VPNs, SASE, and cloud architectures.
4. Dynamic presentation skills: Ability to deliver impactful technical and business presentations.
5. Proactive funnel management: Ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and engagement.
6. Consultative mindset: Passion for solving complex business challenges with technical solutions.
7. Self-motivated and driven: Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills: Working effectively across teams and providing technical education and training.

Note: Pay ranges reflect regional labor costs and are based on geographic location, skills, experience, and qualifications. The compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with an OTE of $175,000+.

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
