As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical voice in the sales process, helping organizations adopt AI securely and effectively. You’ll play a central role in understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering persuasive technical presentations. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll bridge engineering, product, and sales, ensuring seamless communication between teams while shaping product direction. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to interpret client needs and propose tailored technical solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that communicate value clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and current customers, recommending solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Interface with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
  • Contribute to field marketing events by representing the company and showcasing product capabilities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS, AI, and security technologies—experience with Generative AI solutions is a plus.
