Qualifications

• 2+ years as a software engineer.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement customer solutions in the codebase.
• Support lender integrations and API/LOS integrations.
• Investigate and resolve technical customer issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Guide customers on technical decisions and best practices.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into product improvements.
