About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. As a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, you will help shape the future of enterprise solutions by showcasing the value of our SaaS platform and ensuring seamless transitions to post-sales teams.

This candidate will be the first Solution Engineer at you.com . As such, an added focus will be on establishing the presales processes, driving clarity and discovering best practices, and then documenting clearly these processes to drive consistency and to prepare future Solution Engineers to ramp faster.

Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations : Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that address customer needs and highlight the value of our solutions.

Training & Enablement : Educate evaluation teams on the product’s capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions.

Technical Overviews : Lead InfoSec and architectural discussions to address technical requirements and compliance needs. Able to understand the nuances of structured and unstructured data and use cases for Private RAG solutions.

RFP Responses : Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate and persuasive responses to RFPs.

Workshops : Facilitate workshops to identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and quantify business value.

Customer Transition : Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales Customer Success and Services teams for implementation and ongoing support.

Product Collaboration : Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer expectations and market demands.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in cloud platforms , APIs , Generative AI , and workflow solutions .

Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology can drive efficiency and innovation.

Professional Skills :

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers.

Experience in presales or solution engineering roles, with a track record of contributing to license deal wins.

Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate the value of tailored solutions.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$195,000 - $225,000 USD
