About Midnight:

IOG's Midnight Tribe is a technology provider and key contributor to the Midnight Network, a blockchain platform for developing decentralized applications that protect personal and commercial data. The Midnight Network offers programmable data isolation using zero-knowledge proofs to enable selective on-chain information disclosure, helping developers meet regulatory requirements.

What the role involves:

As Midnight's Solutions Engineer, you will plan, execute, and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions to customers and partners. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional experienced in managing complex technical initiatives. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of customer and partner-facing solutions and projects.

• Engage with customers (Dapp developers, enterprises) and partners (wallets, system integrators) to support technical solutions based on Midnight’s architecture, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Create tailored technology solutions that meet business needs, are deliverable within time and budget constraints, and align with strategic guidance.
• Assist in developing account and partner strategies to grow the business, including discovery, creating technical proposals, demonstrations, and sales activities.
• Manage technical solution execution, including requirements, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and coordinate technical releases and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Product Owners, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Track progress using appropriate tools, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a Solution Manager or Technical Projects leader with a successful record in delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Experience coordinating solutions delivered by or with third parties/vendors.
• Knowledge of blockchain, DLTs, and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive challenge resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of technology and ability to collaborate across teams; experience with blockchain architectures is preferred.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, node.js, Rust, and scripting is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Git, SDLC, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of blockchain consensus algorithms and smart contracts.
• Attention to detail, with ability to create comprehensive documentation and demos.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Github, Hubspot, Agile, Scrum.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
