Job Summary

Solutions Engineer – M365 will implement Microsoft Endpoint management solutions and related products for our company’s end customers and partners. They will serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading device management services such as Intune within our customers’ and partners’ environments.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Role Description

• Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune device management solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including:

• Serve as a technical lead on projects and workshops, accountable for the outcome of the technical objectives.

• Collaborate with other Microsoft delivery teams on projects involving other workstreams such as mail migrations and security implementations.

• Document best practices related to technology and processes for future reference by delivery team members.

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or relevant work experience in Computer Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology.

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
