As a Dynatrace Log Management and Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will be a key member of the sales team, providing technical support and expertise in Dynatrace observability solutions, focusing on Log Management and Analytics. Your responsibilities include delivering impactful demos, managing POCs both onsite and remote, building relationships with customers, and supporting RFIs and RFPs. Collaboration across teams such as Dynatrace’s innovation labs, Expert Services, CSMs, and marketing is essential.
We seek an ambitious, confident, and self-motivated individual with experience in technical customer-facing roles, passionate about innovative technology and technical sales. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical value into business benefits. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience with log analytics technologies, troubleshooting skills, project management capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 30%.
