Job summary

Google is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the gTech Users and Products (gUP) Chrome and Web Ecosystem team in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on enabling Chrome for the Agentic AI era, delivering AI-assisted onboarding, scalable workflows, and data-driven insights across partner and user feedback loops.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape Chrome PA strategy while building practical solutions in cloud and data environments, supporting a broad ecosystem of Google’s products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME) to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting and scaling workflows for Chrome PA and ecosystem needs.
• Serve as technical expert in critical feedback loop bringing in insights from partner, developer and user feedback channels alongside product metrics trends in collaboration with Product and Engineering to influence Chrome PA strategy and roadmap.
• Drive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, best practices and guide engineering and product leaders as they plan their digital strategy, with clear implementation plans as it pertains to the web.

Minimum qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
