Job summary

In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial role in engaging customers, supporting ongoing projects, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and delivering top-notch Level 1 customer support across various channels. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the seamless implementation of our groundbreaking media streaming solutions.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Collaborate directly with clients, leading PoCs and providing technical support throughout project lifecycles.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service by delivering Level 1 support through diverse communication channels.
• Harness your proficiency in media streaming protocols such as HLS and DASH, overseeing their entire production and delivery chain.
• Leverage your Spanish fluency along with English and an additional language, if possible, to communicate effectively.
• Capitalize on your experience within the CDN market and familiarity with relevant service providers.
• Demonstrate prowess in network protocols, WebRTC, and P2P technologies and concepts.
• Employ your mastery of version control tools, microservice architectures, and software container orchestration.
• Utilize your expertise in Cloud environments, particularly AWS and Google Cloud.
• Implement observability tools and establish monitoring/logging stacks for optimal performance.
• Time Zone Flexibility: The candidate should be able to work 5 or 6 hours behind the time in Spain, to effectively collaborate with clients in the regions of the Americas.

• Ejemplificar un servicio al cliente excepcional al brindar soporte de Nivel 1 a través de diversos canales de comunicación.
• Aprovechar tu destreza en los protocolos de transmisión de medios como HLS y DASH, supervisando toda su cadena de producción y entrega.
• Utilizar tu fluidez en español junto con el inglés y, si es posible, otro idioma adicional, para comunicarte de manera efectiva.
• Capitalizar tu experiencia en el mercado de CDN y tu familiaridad con los proveedores de servicios pertinentes.
• Demostrar maestría en los protocolos de red, WebRTC y tecnologías y conceptos de P2P.
• Emplear tu dominio de las herramientas de control de versiones, arquitecturas de microservicios y la orquestación de contenedores de software.
• Utilizar tu experiencia en entornos en la nube, especialmente en AWS y Google Cloud.
• Implementar herramientas de observabilidad y establecer pilas de monitoreo y registro para un rendimiento óptimo.
• Flexibilidad en Zonas Horarias: El candidato debe ser capaz de trabajar 5 o 6 horas detrás del horario de España para colaborar eficazmente con los clientes en regiones de las Americas.
