Job summary

Cake is seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Engineer to deliver production-ready AI and software solutions for customers. You will work hands-on with clients to understand their needs, implement end-to-end ML pipelines, and ensure robust performance in production environments.

You will drive customer success by guiding implementations, improving POC conversion and renewal rates, and communicating complex findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, data science, ML, or software engineering.
• 2+ years developing AI solutions with modern GenAI tech (LLMs, vector DBs, agent frameworks, MCP).
• Strong grasp of the full MLOps lifecycle: data engineering, training/evaluation, serving, monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes; strong Python skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers; excellent communication.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or software engineering


• 2+ years of experience developing AI Solutions, including modern Generative AI technologies, such as LLMs, Vector DBs, Agent frameworks, Tools, and MCP


• Strong grasp of the full MLOps lifecycle, including data engineering, training/evaluation, serving, and monitoring


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ideally Kubernetes


• Strong programming skills in Python


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer relationship management skills
