Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, ML, or software engineering.
• 2+ years developing AI solutions with LLMs, vector DBs, agent frameworks, tools.
• Strong full MLOps lifecycle knowledge (data engineering, training/evaluation, serving, monitoring).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); Kubernetes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work hands on with customers to deliver production-ready AI and Software solutions.
• Drive customer success via implementations, POC conversions, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage deep technical expertise to support customers and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Work with the product team to prioritize roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.
