This remote role involves onboarding, solution design, and collaboration across various teams to ensure customer success. This 75-employee, Series B firm ($64 million in total funding), which has more than 2,000 active clients worldwide, is hiring a U.S.-based Solutions Engineer to guide our highest-value customers through onboarding, implementation, and technical solutioning. You’ll play a hybrid role spanning pre-sales and post-sales and work from the SF or NYC metro areas.

Role
• Individual contributor role. This will be remote to start, and by 2026 it will by hybrid.
• $112k to $140k base, 160k to $200k OTE, with equity and full Sequoia-backed benefits (401k, vision, dental, medical, generous PTO, and hardware stipend).
• Serve as the technical lead for our most strategic accounts—owning onboarding, solution design, training, and API-level configuration.
• Lead pre-sales discovery, demo, and solutioning calls in partnership with Account Executives
• Architect custom solutions spanning our data model, no-code workflow builder, API, reporting engine, and integrations with other GTM products.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap and customer strategy.
• Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of SaaS experience in a technical customer-facing role, and can fluently explain APIs, data architecture, and SaaS integrations.
