Although this role is mainly remote, you must be within commuting distance of Philadelphia and be comfortable traveling to the client site if needed.

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the growth and implementation of the SaaS product for the customers. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, assisting both sales and customer success teams in demonstrating the platform’s capabilities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of the software on already closed deals.
