This role involves working directly with government stakeholders to define and shape technical requirements, contributing to digital engineering initiatives, and developing scalable architectures. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a technical field and several years of experience in systems engineering or digital engineering environments, with knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or digital engineering environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance.
• Strong working knowledge of systems engineering practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems engineering practices
• Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise or program-level technical solutions
• Experience collaborating across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and product teams

This role is highly technical and delivery-oriented — closer to a systems architect than a traditional sales engineer. You will work directly with government stakeholders to define requirements, mature digital engineering capabilities, and evolve software-based solutions within secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Digital Engineering & Air Force Modernization
• Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering initiatives within Air Force programs
• Translate mission and operational requirements into structured technical architectures
• Develop repeatable engineering patterns aligned with secure, enterprise-level frameworks

Contribute to digital thread and lifecycle data integration strategies

• Customer & Requirements Leadership
• Work directly with government stakeholders to define capability needs and technical requirements
• Shape solution approaches in collaboration with delivery and growth teams

Qualifications
