LeadStack Inc. is seeking engineers-turned-educators to deliver live technical onboarding programs for an AI client. If you've built software and love teaching it, this role is for you.

You’ll be a dedicated instructor delivering live sessions across multiple learning paths (Architect, Admin, Developer, Associate Architect, with a User path launching later). You will teach, run labs, and own the classroom experience while curriculum owners own the content.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of technical curriculum development or delivery.
• Background as a Software Engineer, Architect, Demo Engineer, or similar who moved into technical training (or vice versa).
• Comfortable teaching API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live technical sessions, in person and hybrid, across assigned learning paths.
• Run hands-on labs and exercises, and support learners through technical issues in the room.
• Dry-run sessions with curriculum owners ahead of each cohort and iterate on delivery.
• Collect and relay learner feedback and survey signal to program owners.
• Support day-of cohort operations alongside the program team.
• Travel to cohort sites as scheduled.

About the Role

This is a delivery-focused role: you teach, run labs, and own the classroom experience while curriculum owners own the content.

Who We're Looking For

Engineer first, trainer second. We want someone who has actually built software, so the content they deliver feels real to developers.

• Background as a Software Engineer, Architect, Demo Engineer, or similar, who then moved into technical training (or vice versa)
• 2–3+ years of technical curriculum development or delivery
• Comfortable teaching API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences
• Strong live facilitation: you can hold a room, handle questions, and adapt pace in real time
• Former collegiate Teaching Assistants who moved into software development are a great fit
• Able to travel regularly for cohort weeks

Nice to Have

• Experience teaching or enabling GTM/sales-adjacent technical audiences
• Hands‑on familiarity with LLM products
• A portfolio or videos showing you teaching, presenting, or running a class (strongly preferred)
