The Solutions Design Engineer serves as a strategic engineering partner to Sales and business unit leaders, supporting the development of complex, integrated supply chain solutions across multiple business units. This role is responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, operationally sound, and financially viable solutions that support enterprise growth.
This individual plays a critical role in shaping pursuit strategy, influencing customer engagement, and driving alignment across internal stakeholders. The Solutions Design Engineer is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing customer-facing responsibilities with analytical rigor and cross-functional leadership. Success in this role requires the ability to connect operational design with commercial strategy, effectively communicate complex solutions, and work collaboratively with the other team members.
